OSX GUI App no longer starts saying that licence should be changed to some other host then it is now. Unfortunately, it does not say what host it expects.
I have tried host generated by scutil --get ComputerName and by scutil --get LocalHostName but none of them work
Nor works the one which Duplicacy set itself (lower case LocalHostName value)
Can you please assist me

You need to change the host name associated with your license on https://duplicacy.com/customer. The host name there should match the host name of your machine, i.e., what scutil --get LocalHostName or hostname returns (not the fully qualified name, just the first part without the domain name).
