Is there a way to browse backups from a machine using the GUI that were created using the CLI on a different computer? In this case, browsing backups on B2 created using the CLI on a Synology NAS from my Mac.

Yes, on the other computer you can select any directory as the repository, and then select the same storage. Then switch to the Restore tab, click List revisions, from the Repository ID dropdown list you will be able to see the repository id used by the CLI. After that, you can select a revision from the revision dropdown list and click List files to list the files.
