I installed Duplicacy over a month ago, but uninstalled it nearly immediately as I did not understand how it worked. I have now done a 30 day trial on another package and decided that it has too many issues to go forward with and want to spend more time understanding Duplicacy, but the trial has expired despite the fact that I only used it for a day or so.

Can you send the registry value HKCU/Software/Duplicacy/License (or under HKLM if you installed for all users) to duplicacy-support@acrosync.com? I'll reset the license for you.
