Multimedia backup test

What would be the best setting for media backup? A repository like this, with images and videos of different sizes:

As the files are not edited (only new files added) I think the biggest concern is compression, right? Fixed or variable chunks will influence?

I think 1M variable size should work. Remember the downside of the fixed-size chunking algorithm (only specific to Duplicacy) is that there will be too many chunks if there are much small files.
