I've been running the cli version for a few weeks and am interested in trying out the GUI version, yet cannot determine where to get it for a demo.
Also, I downloaded the CLI version for Linux and frankly can't figure out how to install it trying everything I already know (dpkg, etc.) ... how does one accomplish that?
Yes, this is two issues; however I'm just looking to evaluate and hopefully give you my money.

Unfortunately we don't have a Linux GUI version. This is another discussion on this topic: https://duplicacy.com/issue?id=5735425238892544
The CLI version is a single-file executable so it doesn't need to be installed. You can just copy it to a directory included in PATH.
